The bedroom comes with an Emma mattress and plenty of storage. The living room has a 55" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and loads of storage space. This room has French Doors which lead out on to a tiny little patio area. But it is also facing a larger back garden that gets sun all afternoon. This garden is amazingly quiet and peaceful (as is the entire annex) for a central city location. Free parking on the street in front and space to store a bike/s on the property. Tesco and Lidl are just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the post office and various café’s, restaurants and bars. A short walk will bring you into the heart of Stoneybatter with all its cafes, restaurants and pubs. TUD (Grangegorman) is a five-minute walk one way and Phoenix Park is a 5 mins in the other direction. Smithfield, with its cinema and even more bars and ever-growing number of restaurants is a 15-minute walk, or no time on the bus. The property is twenty-five-minute walk into the city centre but there are lots of buses to get into town, as well as to Phibsboro and Blanchardstown.
